Most Common Questions
Will it damage my paint?
Press the pad firmly for ten seconds on a clean, dry, smooth surface. To remove, peel slowly at the end of the season. As with any adhesive, test delicate or freshly painted walls in a hidden spot first.
Do the lights flash or stay on?
They flash. Each puck pulses rather than holding a steady glow, and across a set the pucks are different colours — that is what creates the firefly effect. Worth knowing before you order if you wanted a constant light.
Where is the on/off switch?
A slide switch on the rim of each LED puck. Flick it on before you press the puck to the wall. Batteries are included and replaceable.
Will it arrive before Halloween?
Shipping runs 7–12 business days with tracking. Order this week and the bats arrive with weeks of glow nights to spare before the 31st — the earlier you order, the more nights you get out of them.
