DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement immediately — no return needed.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email support@thehauntedglow.com with your order number. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the return is confirmed, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
